It is true that there are a rich variety of artworks in particular music, in today’s world. For several reasons, music is one of the utmost necessities in people’s lives. In my perspective, traditional music should be valued over international music, which is prevalent these days.
It is my view that music has a crucial role to play in society’s life, which means humans need music to be survived in today’s full of stress. Being stress buster, music can sooth the negative impacts related to anxiety. Yet another, city dwellers can notice a huge difference in the way they feel before and after listening to music. A further positive aspect is that it can increase logical thinking ability as well as mental resilience. So that, it is incumbent upon humanity to nurture their creativity in music, because without music, life would be difficult.
I am also convinced that traditional melodies and tunes are more important than modern music. Giving human beings a sense of identity and belonging, traditional musics should be survived by education and documentation, which is passed down for generation. Also, the connection that old music can creat between people and serenity of that should not be over looked. In addition, such musics has the capacity to connect folks to the past. For example, kurdish music have been found to create a space of the past in the mind of kurdish people, which can instill peace in their heart.
In conclusion, I believe music is imperative in our world due to beneficial aspects, mentioned above, and traditional music is override international music because of it’s effects on cultural identity and connection which can make between two era.
