The phenomenon of public school teachers change to work at private schools are increase. In my point of view I believe that there have several benefits and detriments.
One of the main benefit for teachers work at traditional schools change to work at private schools is salary that they have. In contemporary world, there are many things have to pay to maintain quality of there life , but the salary at public schools could pay for teachers is too little if we compared with private schools, so that the teachers at traditional schools need to spend more time and health to work to get the same salary at private one. As a result, the easy way to get hight salary is switching to private school.
However, the drawback of it has significant outweigh than the benefit ,because in the private schools the tuition fees are significantly higher than the public one. It is can led to student in difficult circumstances can not go to school and hard to accessible to education, so that the illiteracy rate will be increase. To be specific, private school’s tuition fees can be paid by wealthy parents if all teachers at public school were switching to private school, the poor parents could not afford that high tuition fees at private school.
In conclusion, while there are several benefits for teachers to switching to private school ,but I believe the drawbacks of this trend has major than the benefit.The government must to support traditional school to escalate their payment for teachers.
