Nowadays more mothers tend to work and fathers are leaving at home and look after their children. While there could be several reasons about this case,I believe this is perfectly a good phenomenon.
A lot of reasons are there about why more mothers doing their role as a breadwinners and fathers who take care of their children in the family. Firstly, this development making an equality between genders and increasing opportunity for women to work as equal as men in community. We all know that in the past it was a shame for men staying at home and live with money that their wife bringing. And this development changing most men’s mind and making them to give a chance to their wife to work. In ancient times women always left home taking care of their child and had no chance to work or to get an education. Secondly parents are also being aware of educating their daughters and growing up an experienced candidates in different spheres of work. Finally, during Covid-19 the inflation rate was much more high so that women also needed to work.
In my point of view, the current alternation of roles in the family between mothers and fathers can be a beneficial development. Undoubtedly it’s true that some jobs are more suitable for women than men and women can dominate in these cases. Also an educated woman has a great role in growing up a kid and make them learn from them. Today’s kids are more being naughty than the past, so that, father’s role is more important for behavior of children.Furthermore, female and male’s role should be equal in te community, so thet children also would be allowed to get an equal care from parents.
In conclusion, there are more fathers with childcare responsibilities and mothers who work outside, as I mentioned above. I can say that it is a positive way of development.
