The best possible way to make children learn co-operation is by making them play team sports. I do agree with the given statement not only for the sense of responsibity it taught us towards the team mates but also for the trait of loyalty that can be learned from these type of sports.
Firstly, to take resonsibility of your role in any stage of life is very important. This team sports ignites team spirit in one’s mind, which they can learn to take full responsibility of their role in team. For instance, goal keeper in football is very important aspect of the game, who by being best in that role, can change the result of the match for the team. By this kind of experience children can acquire sense of accauntability in their family.
Secondly, Loyalty is a trait that helps to be trusted in life. Team sports teaches truthfulness and devotion towards the team mates. For example, In cricket match when opposite team tries to bribe you then your real character test happens, if you fall for the trap then trust is lost for forever. In this situation if child can be trusted by the team and team mates than it is the lesson of the lifetime. The trust that is earned stays with you for life-long.
In conclusion, real-life demands so many values to be a man of respect. It is observed that the children who were in team sports are more loyal, trustworthy and accauntable than other ones.
In my opinion these traits are much required to win in life.
