Some people think that the best method to teach adolescents to cooperate is through team sports at school. In my opinion, I disagree with this statement and I believe that having another way can be more productive than the conventional way.
On the one hand, some people think that encouraging adolescents to take part in sports to increase their cooperation is the best idea. Because team sports can make them have more new friends, which leads to them easily interacting with others. For example, regarding football teams, students have to cooperate with others to compete with other teams because they want to become a winner.
On the other hand, I believe that teaching adolescents to cooperate through team sports at school is not the best way. Many students do not prefer participating in sports because their health is weak and they are not good at any sports at school. Another way to teach children to cooperate is that teacher should encourage students to take part in clubs or charitable activities. Because if students can find new friends who have the same hobbies as them, they will easily interact and cooperate with friends to develop their clubs such as marketing clubs or fashion clubs. Moreover, students should become volunteers and provide shelter or food for the poor people in their community, they have the sense that they are a part of their community. Consequently, they have become more connected with people in their areas.
In conclusion, although some individuals believe that teacher should teach their children to cooperate through team sports because this is the best way, I think students should be encouraged to take part in clubs and charitable activities since this method is more productive than the traditional way.
