Band 5+: Topic. Some argue learning computers by children from an early age may have different influences for them. What are the advantages and disadvantages of this ?

It is not uncommon to see children learning computer skills. To some extent, it could have positive consequences, but in general, negative influences may outweigh the benefits.

Learning computer skills for youngsters has several benefits. Firstly, if they are introduced to computers from an early age, youngsters will learn to attempt more clearly different computer techniques in modern life. Meaning, they can understand trending jobs when starting to learn. Secondly, nowadays, knowledgeable individuals are required in modern life , therefore the children should learn useful content at an early age. Finally, If they want to learn their loved language, the children will find easily useful videos from online platforms. As a result, learning computer skills can be beneficial.

It is true that learning to use a computer from an early age has some negative aspects. Firstly, spending long hours on the computer can lead to various health problems. Such as eye strain, back pain and other illnesses. Secondly, provided that the youngsters spend their time to various negative things, their life will change in the future. Meaning, they may be dependent on computers. For example: they are interested in playing games or watching movies. Especially , They watch harmful videos. Such as horror films. Finally, children may join various harmful groups on online platforms. Meaning, joining criminal groups on platforms as telegram, Instagram. As a result, there are several advantages for children. However, there are more disadvantages for children.

In conclusion, learning computer skills at a young age can help children grow personally and academically. However, it also has risks like health problems and harmful online content. Parents and teachers should guide children to use technology responsibly.
