Commencing with the reason why the strict punishment is essential for driving offences,prominently, reduction in road accidents.Precisely, when the individuals do not know about the strict punishment they run their vechicles at high speed recklessly. But when they become aware about it they drive carefully. Therefore it is the onus of the every individual to be careful.Moreover, beneficial for older ones to cross the road. To be more clear , many cars move at high speed so, it become difficult for them to cross the road.
On the paradoxical side, working person have to bear high cost fines. To be more precise, they drive at high speed to reached at office on time for not being scolded by boss .Additionally, innocent ones have to suffer .for instance, one day my grandfather was driving on road, suddenly a dog appear in front of his bike for rescue him he do the speed breaker and that time he have to pay fine without any reason. Thus, it is not beneficial for every individual.
To recapitulate it, no doubt, there are many merits exist of stricter punishment, yet it has certain drawback which cannot be neglected.
