Nowadays, adults should seriously think about aspects of the behavior of younger generations and help them to be the right members of society. Otherwise, parts of them may lead to appalling outcomes. I am going to outline them and offer some ways to encourage youth to be a full and dignity part of society.
Realizing by adults that teenagers should get an appropriate foster helps other parties as well. On the contrary, more often they do not get the attention that they deserve, which can lead to tragic results. There are some examples that sometimes appear in media space when a young person comes to school or other educational institutions with the goal of massacre. I gave extreme cases, but unfortunately, they occurred not so rare.
However, there is no mysterious way to be responsible for a person’s behaviour, and do not allow such sharp occasions as a mass vendetta. One of them includes the relationship between teachers and students. The school community should work with each student, supporting the large role of a tutor. A tutor should provide a student some kind of freedom in his or her presence. At the same time, a student needs to respect them. Parents also need to explain this to their child.
To sum up, I suppose the key role of a teacher or tutor can help a young person to be a responsible member in the future. Surrounding people like parents, school community have to support this not easy task. However, it is definitely worth it for both sides.
