In the contemporary landscape, having a diverse method that individuals commuting to work or school on a daily basis. From my standpoint, I do perceive that using public transportation would be a greater choice than driving with the private vehicle because of their cheapness, convenience and comfort.
Primarily, opting for public transportation as a main vehicle to commute could be a significantly cheaper choice than the other. Generally, most countries all over the world have a public transportation system with affordable prices that suit all ages, particularly the elderly and students have a prerogative with supporting policies regarding ticket fares. Besides that, when commuting personal vehicles, such as cars or motorbikes, the drivers have an enjoyment with freedom and timing proactive; however, they have to be concerned about expenses mentioned like fuels, parking fees and warranty expenses which are not problems when taking public transportation such as buses or trains. My case is a primary example, when being a freshman in university, I went to school by my motorbike and it was true that the personal budget for traveling expenses had come to over 300$, while in the second year, after commuting by bus, the traveling expenses were narrowed down one-third.
Furthermore, private vehicles are less convenient and comfortable than commuting by public transportation. Obviously, this type of community is available and popular in most towns and countries so that commuters could catch the buses or trains right in their neighborhood. Ongoing, when sitting inside those vehicles, having a consideration on the parking lot or route is no longer necessary insteads cummerters just need to notice the next station. Additionally, citizens who are using the public transit system should have more time to implement any activities like reading books or surfing the internet in terms of leveraging all their spare time.Referring back to my case, I had never read over 2 books in one month when using my private vehicles; however, since I started commuting by bus, I could increase the number of books up to double in a month. Beside that, many issues, like scorching heat and smog, would not be traffic participant’s concentrations when using public transportation. This means that physical well-being could be protected better from the sun’s harmful rays and vehicle emissions.
Bringing it all together, despite the beneficial attractiveness of driving to anywhere by private vehicle, commuting by public transportation may be a better choice due to considerable advantages associated with economized, convenience and comfort.
