It is believed that luck is the main factor that determines a person’s success. I strongly disagree with this point of view because besides people’s goals in life are mainly set by chance, most of it still depends on personal effort.
It is true that some people consider that opportunities for their aims are not available for all people. This arises when some people are born with advantages over others, such as a wealthy family, who fully study, while not all people live in the same condition. This allows them to access better education and opportunities, giving them an advantage in achieving their goals. As a result, this helps them have a higher chance of becoming successful in life, as they only focus on their personal development without struggle and limitations from others.
However, most of their success is the combination of luck and effort that leads to lasting achievement. This comes from success, which depends on the perseverance, determination and effort one puts in, which not luck can do. Luck is only an advantage for people, giving them a temporary boost, but it does not guarantee their long-term success without effort. If they do not try to achieve their aims with more luck than others, they will waste their luck, which many people who lack luck are trying every day. Therefore, success is not about waiting for good fortune but about working diligently and seizing the opportunities that arise.
In conclusion, many lucky people can easily reach their goal because they have a good condition to learn and concentrate on personal development themselves without limitation from others. However, luck is temporary, and people need to put effort into achieving long-term goals.
