On the other hand, there are professions which need a formal education and university degree for competency and sustainability. For instance, . Doctors cannot perform surgeries before completing their education training . It would be considered as malpractice and it is harmful to public. Moreover, many job posting still requires to have a university degree as it builds trustworthiness between employee and employer. apart from this, attending college can improve your social collaborative skills and can give you selfworthiness in social situations.
