The technology dominates human life tosay. It is widely argued that offspring nowadays spend a big amount of free time watching online videos. This statement has both negative and positive sides and inclinations will be justified in the following paragraphs.

On the one hand, there are good effect of watching videos. The primary evidence is that it gives a hand to young generation to acquire something new regarding science, history and breaking news. Secondly, they are able to absorb a new language and doing tasks, furthermore, it is available to reduce strees. Additionally, they also have access to prepare their exams with watching online training videos. The researches which California University shows that approximently 23 proportion of children learn foreign language by watching videos online.

On the other hand, all things have disadvantages and impact sides. The most significant concern is the potential for sedentary behavior, as excessive screen time often replaces physical activities, which can lead to health issues like obesity. Furthermore, children may accidentally encounter inappropriate content that is not suitable for their age, potentially affecting their psychological well-being. Another drawback is the risk of digital addiction; spending too much time online can reduce a child’s attention span and hinder their social skills, as face-to-face interaction with peers is diminished.

In conclusion, while watching online videos serves as a powerful tool for acquiring knowledge and reducing stress, it must be balanced with caution. In my opinion, the positive effects on education are undeniable, but parental supervision is essential to prevent the negative impacts on physical health and social development.
