Looking from on overall perspective, the sodium and saturated fats accounted for higher percentage of meal in dinner. In contrast people in USA especially prefer added sugar for snacks.

Turning to the details, the percentage of sodium and saturated fats in dinner, former is responsibles for 43 % and the latter 37 %. In contrast, the percentage of added sugar in dinner accounted for 23 %.

On the other hand, the most share of added sugar (43 %) constitute in snacks. While use the sodium and saturated fat about 2 times less than added sugar. In breakfast all foods have similar proportions, almost 14-16 %.

Finely, the percentage of sodium and saturated fat in lunch accounted for about 30 %. In contrast, the proportion of added sugar in lunch lower by 10 % than others.
