Dear , Miss Yasmin

The reason why I am addressing you is that , I want to apologise for the delay and request some time .

First of all I want to introduce myself . I am Leyla .I study at Molya college . You gave me important project .The deadline was the 20 th September . However, I have not completed it yet.

Unfortunately, I had some problems to deal with recently . The main reason behind that is that accident.While I was going to college , I was suddenly accidented on the way with my car . Then, my legs hurt and I went to the hospital. Then , I have been a week to hospital. As a result, I have not finished it .

I request you to allow me 2 more weeks to submit the project .Due to the fact that, I am healing at the moment . Therefore, the doctor banned walking .

Once again , I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. I hope you understand me . Thank you for the considering my request.
