Band 7+: You have moved into a new house and want to invite a former colleague to a housewarming party. Write a letter to your former colleague. Dear new neighbors,

I am writing this letter to invite you to the housewarming party to celebrate my new home, and I want to celebrate together with my neighborhood. I am moving to Block 1 Lot 10, located near the central park of the village, where you can find a house in front of the entrance. It is a two-story house with three windows on the front view and a small terrace in front of the entrance.

The celebration begins at 3 pm on the 3rd Sunday of March, a day after we move into this new property. We are planning to have a grill party, karaoke, parlor games, and food gathering with Filipino resemblance since we are originally from the Philippines. It is not required to bring anything because we have already prepared food and drinks; what we recommend to bring food containers so that you can take home some food.

Best regards,

Star Family
