Dear Sarah,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to invite you to a housewarming party at my new apartment next Saturday, 12 September, at 5:00 p.m.

Moving into my own apartment is a very special milestone for me because it is my first home since starting my new job. I have worked hard to make the place comfortable, so I would love to celebrate this new chapter with some of my closest friends and colleagues.

The party will be held at my new apartment at 15 Greenfield Avenue, Ikeja, Lagos. We will have some food, drinks and music, and I am planning a few fun games as well.

If possible, could you bring a dish to share with everyone? Also, if you have a favourite board game, please feel free to bring it along. Most importantly, just come and enjoy the evening!

I hope you can make it. I am really looking forward to showing you my new home and spending some time together.
