The increasing number of children who are overweight is a raising concern among many developed nations.This essay will discuss some possible reasons and consequence of this phenomena.

The modern era has enhanced the living standards of people,which ease the accessibility of everything effortlessly.Consequently,the advanced world have significantly reduced the physical activities and sports,as they are more attached to the virtual reality.Moreover,the fast pace of life insists individuals to rely on the fast-food outlets,this habit has further copied to minors.Children are always attracted to the diverse choices of ready-made food,while the excessive consumption lead to obesity.For example,the popular brand KFC has been establishing their new outlets every year due to the accelerating demandes,especially the youngsters.

When a population vulnerable to overweight,which cause several detrimental effects on the society.Firstly,the excessive weight is regarded as a health condition,which ruin the well-being and gravitate the health expenses.Subsequently,this decrease the life span and further elavate the mortality rate of the nation.In fact,this results an inactive generation with lack of ideas and energy,which slowdown the growth of the nation.The young generation is a powerful tool for creating new opportunities and develpements.For instance,Canada has recently introduced immigration programmes for youngsters because of the lack of human resource.

In conclusion,the technological advancements and the unhealthy habits are the root cause of increasing weight among juveniles and this affect the economic stability and the well-being of the community.
