Many individuals eagerly participate in physical activities during the childhood but quits when they get matured. There are various reasons for this trend along with their measures which are elaborated in the following paragraphs.

First and foremost, one of the major causes is lack of free time due to increase work responsibilities. Many adults are involved in long working hours and family duties due to which they might feel exhausted and tired, leaving less or no time to play sports. Employers could address this situation by providing flexible working hours and encouraging employees to participate in various sport events. For instance, Oracle organizes sports event in the weekend to keep their employees fit and healthy.

Additionally, another reason is the over usage of technology. Individual prefer more to spend the time on various entertainment sources and online games rather than playing physically, because such sources are seasily accessible and saves energy. These can be overcome by developing reward-based application which could provide suitable perks after achieving particular tasks. For example, Online application SURYAS provide suitable reward based on the kilometers walked.

Moreover, another major reason is that some people may lose interest in sports when they grow older, especially when they have no longer competition or teammates to motivate them. Sports center and organization can create recreational activities and event which creates medium to bring like-minded individuals with similar interests to form new communities. For example, Cricket Society, Anand organizes weekend matches for different age groups and skill levels, making participant more enjoyable and social.

In conclusion, adults often abundant sports due to limited time, financial or accessibility problems and decline in motivation. Flexible schedules, affordable facilities and adult-oriented events could motivate the individuals to engage more in sports.
