Actually, I am not agree with this statement is that education should be accessible for everyone because in some countries, like in developing countries, as for example, India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, or Afghanistan, the government have to bear the many expenses like the food security and safety, road, health and also education. In that type of country, the primary education or even secondary education may be free, but the higher education should not be free in that type of country. Maybe it may be the public-pivot partnership. The public should be paid a sort of money and the government provides some subsidies for this. It will be very much unaffordable for the country to keep the right of every citizen a free cost of higher education. It is actually not feasible for every country. But it’s some countries, the universal, the higher education, maybe universalized, who can afford that. But it is not for all countries and all not for individuals.
