Even though recently I’ve been very successful and well-known people that did not achieve a higher education level like an undergraduate certificate, I think it’s something that we need to consider fundamental right. Even the vast opportunities we obtain once we have an official degree that tells us we are proficient in different activities and a specific topic to develop as a professional. Having access to this higher education we know it’s not in a constitution, but we have the ability, we have the opportunity to be part of a public school system that will make you learn all the things you need to be able to pursue a higher employee, a higher employee field track. So I don’t know how fundamental it should be, but right now I’m aware that there There are different opportunities that are people that a person can seek to reach this higher education level.
