Are these recurring payments?
No. All Engnovate plans are one-time payments. You pay once for the duration of your choice (1, 3, 6, or 12 months) and you will never be charged automatically again.
Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied?
Because we provide extensive free tools and trials to test the service, all Premium payments are non-refundable. We encourage you to try the Free plan thoroughly before upgrading.
Can I log in on multiple devices?
Yes! You can be logged into your Engnovate account on up to two devices simultaneously (for example, your laptop and your smartphone). If you log into a third device, your session on the first device will be automatically logged out.
Can I share my account with a friend?
Yes, you can! We don’t mind if you share your account with a friend to study together. However, please be aware that sharing your login credentials may cause you to be constantly logged out if you or your friend accidentally log in on a third device. Additionally, all progress tracking and AI evaluation history will be shared within the same account profile.
Does Engnovate support mobile devices?
Yes, our website is mobile-responsive. However, for the best experience – especially when using the AI Writing and Speaking tools – we recommend using Chromium-based browsers.
Can I upgrade from a 1-month plan to a 12-month plan?
Yes! You can purchase a longer-duration plan at any time. If you have active days remaining on your current plan, please contact our support team to help you merge your access.
I paid for Premium but my account hasn’t updated. What should I do?

What is the difference between “Free” and “Premium” plans?

Does the Premium plan guarantee I will pass the IELTS?

How accurate is the AI Writing and Speaking evaluation?
Our AI-powered checkers are designed to provide instant, detailed feedback based on official IELTS criteria. Our evaluations typically have an accuracy rate of 75% to 95% compared to official scores. Why did I get a different score than my teacher/another tool?

Our materials are as close as you can get to the actual exam experience. All of our practice tests are sourced directly from official Cambridge IELTS books.
I’m having trouble with the Speaking recorder. What should I do?
If you’re having trouble with the Speaking recorder, it is most likely due to your browser permissions or an unstable Wi-Fi connection. First, please ensure you have granted microphone access by clicking “Allow” in your browser’s popup (you can check this by clicking the lock icon in your address bar). Additionally, because our AI requires a steady connection to upload and analyze your voice, a weak or fluctuating Wi-Fi signal can cause the recorder to fail; try switching to a more stable connection or using mobile data if the issue persists.
