For example, if my friends are looking for something on the table, like salt or pepper, I will quickly pass that object, that item to them without them needing to ask me for it. This shows that being more observant can help with many endeavors in life, like talking to clients. If you are more observant, you will know what they want in a conversation and respond accordingly. It's especially true for salespeople. They are masters at knowing the other person's thoughts and pitching their offer so that the client wants to buy from them.
