Friends are more of servants. The observant I mean is looking out for other people and knowing what they are thinking and acting accordingly. For example, if we go to a restaurant and he or she is looking for something on the table, I would be observing and pass them the sauce or any other ingredient, and when they finish eating, I will pass them a tissue. There are many other examples of this behavior. Another example is to always bring some candy in case somebody has low blood sugar, so I can give it to them on time. If they compliment something, I will remember to buy that thing the next time for a special occasion.
