WRITING TASK 2
You should spend about 40 minutes on this task.
Present a written argument or case to an educated reader with no specialist knowledge of the following topic.
Should wealthy nations be required to share their wealth among poorer nations by providing such things as food and education? Or is it the responsibility of the governments of poorer nations to look after their citizens themselves?
You should write at least 250 words.
Use your own ideas, knowledge and experience and support your arguments with examples and with relevant evidence.

Luxurious countries have more responsibility to provide groceries and education than weaker continents carrying their societies in their own hands due to their privileges and historical records.
As most people acknowledge, rich countries are endowed with higher income, bigger size, and powerful positions in economic, social, and historical aspects. Thus, a greater nation will have stronger statements and respect in front of its peer nations. For example, the UK has been one of the popular, enormously powerful countries in the world for years. Regardless of its size, it has been influencing other weak areas such as Africa and India, to the point that people started to speak the English language only, ignoring their original mother tongues, which was reflected in their economic status too. Now, these countries are known for their dirtiness, and many people have wrong stereotypical views about them. There were also records of British people rewriting the history of occupied homelands for their own sake to mislead people; and since poor countries have a lower level of resources in terms of money, they are unable to participate in the debates between territories, and the best strategy for them is to follow what big nations say silently. That is why modern gifted individuals of authoritarian countries need to be cautious about what their roots did and create a sustainable future where every human being knows the truth and has the same access to opportunities.
In conclusion, this essay is in favor of wealthy nations taking responsibility for the decisions they made in the past and trying to create a friendly future between nations.
