Taking risk in the life is the to key  success. Some people believes that taking risk in the career is important , while other argue that it is unnecessary. In my opinion the advantages of taking is outweigh disadvantages.

On the one hand, risk is the fundamental part of our lives because through risk we can growth easily and also we can fulfil our desire as well. Firstly, goals are very  significant for every single child but along with that take risk on it then a person can achieve their desire destination. For instance, some people struggles in their own country with high education but instead of that they can not achieve any great position in their life, but when they move another residency they became success. secondly, experience ,it is essential because when you have not any experties then the world will not accept you until or unless you build a great understanding, Moreover it comes from risk.

On the other hand. some people consider taking risk is not important, because it can cause multiples problems. Firstly risk can destrory the career life because, if a person works in a company and done some work on their own head so it became filled that work then he can lost their job. Furthermore, Many people tak risk in their own career but they did huge lost.

In conclusion. risk is not important in the life because, when it became  unsuccessful then all the relatives will be laughing. while in my opinion, risk is one of the basic skill for growing in the life. estimated band

The statement says that individuals are dependent on actions including potential risks. This trend can be observed in both private and working spheres of life. For sure, the development contains both pros and cons and I am not sure that positive sides of taking risks outweigh its drawbacks.

Unfortunately, taking risks has proven to be the basic part of human’s mind. So the hard choice between calm and risky things is frequently faced by people around. Usually it is not capable of causing harm to the person and others. It can be expressed in late outing to work or plane and even eating to much sweets. That’s why risking can be considered as positive development.

But overall, risk taking, honestly, is the bad habit shoud be eradicated in one’s personality. Actually efforts demanded for getting rid of it worth it because the implications of being risky can potentially lead to awful things and accidents. By the way, there are several medical practics and step by step programms were developed to help with ending up with such tendency.

Apparently, there is the vast range of jobs providing some risks in its process, but it does not mean those are suit for people tend to risk. Because such occupations calls for the tempered professionals with background and high brain rates, whereas risk-takers usually characterised as excitable and unable to handle stress.

In conclusion, I would like to affirm that being risky is acceptable but not always good development and I cannot support the conviction that advantages of taking risks outweigh the disadvantages.

The graphs represent the area, occupied by manufacturers in the province town of Norbiton now and its drafts of the progress can be made in the close times. As it observed, factories and estate buildings marked on the scheme in the particular way, although the rest of establishments got signed.

Nowadays farmland occupies the whole river bank, but it is planned to decreased to the half in order to conduct one more industrial building. The project of the bridge, constructed over the water flow in favour of employee’s convinience, can be considered as part of the area development.

Future adding of the entertaining zones such as shops and playgrounds is the big step towars well-being of the locals. The concern about fundamental aspects of people’s living standards can be noticed in the actions of the gouverneurs by targeted building of the hospital and the school.

Overall, the progress is aimed at turning the industrial zones in the space appropriate for permanent living.

The maps illustrate the development of a town called Norbiton over a period, comparing its layout in the past with a proposed future layout.

Overall, the proposed plan shows significant infrastructure improvement, including the introduction of a new mini roundabout, a bridge, new facilities such as a school, a medical centre, a playground and shops. In addition, commercial areas will be replaced by residential amenities.

In the current layout, we can see that the town center is connected to major road linking with a roundabout, which is in the heart of the city center. There are eight factories, which are spread around the roundabout and aligned with a ring road on the east side. Additionally, there is farmland above the river on the north side of the town.

In the planned layout, all the factories will be replaced by residental housing, including a new residential area will be built in farmland in the north side which will be connected to the roundabout by a new bridge. Moving on to west side, there will be a new ring road, which will facilitate new housing. Similarly, new housing buildings, a playground and school will be lined up around the ring road, which is on the east side. Finally, there will be shops and a medical center located between major roundabout and mini roundabout (which is located at the center of the main road). This means that the proposed plan aims to enhance traffic flow and modernize the town.

The maps illustrate Norbiton’s industrial area, and its planned future development of the site. Some huge changes are planned for Norbiton’s future architecture.

Firstly, The bridge is planned, which would divide the long river that is not divided now. Furthermore, there is planned farmland in the East, near the river, in addition when the bridge ends in the West, there is planned housing, where now there is a farmland. There planned to increase the number of housings around the roundabout, where there are many factories now. In the east side there planned to make to Housings, and on in the Nowrth West side. Secondly, there are planned to build Shops and Medical centre, shops are planned to be in the South West, and the medical centre in the South east. Moreover, building a playground between housings is also planned, currently there are only factories. Additionally, creating school is also planned, it is planned to build in the East side of the town.

Overall, the planned town is more developed, there are shops, medical centre, School and Playground. There are onlu factories now, but they are planned to become houses.

  6. K.H. Shuvo says:

The matter of embracing risks in both professional and personal lives is a contentious issue in today’s contemporary landscape. While taking risks is essential for private and work life, mainly for opportunities of growth and potentials for high return, it has some negative consequences, such as possibilities of failure and financial loss. However, I contend that the benefits of undertaking risks surpass their disadvantages.

One of the primary drawbacks of taking risks in both personal and career life is the high probability of failure. For instance, empirical studies reveal that around 80% of business failures are caused by taking highly risky ventures. As a result, high-risk exposures lead to business failures, which are prevalent worldwide. Another striking point is the financial loss involved in embracing high risks. To cite an example, investment in the stock market is volatile and highly risky; the return is mostly uncertain, thus there may be a severe probability of severe financial losses when the market is bearish.

However, undertaking risks has several benefits, especially in growth potentiality and return prospects. While taking risks has the potentiality for growth prospects, leading to high career growth in the professional landscape. On top of that, high career growth from taking risks may result in high salaries for employees. Additionally, there may be a high chance of return because of taking high risks. For instance, Elon Musk took a huge risk by investing in Tesla and SpaceX, which were on the verge of bankruptcy, but his bold decision made a groundbreaking success.

To recapitulate, although there are disadvantages in taking risks in regards to a high probability of financial loss and a high chance of failure, I strongly believe that the positive aspects of embracing risks, such as growth potentiality and chances for high return prospects, far outweigh their drawbacks.

The map illustrates the current industrial area of Norbiton and the proposed future development of the site.

Overall, the present industrial area, characterized by factories, will be transformed into a residential area and facilities, including shops, a medical centre, and a school.

In the current layout, the industrial area is situated along a main road, with a roundabout in the center. There were several factories in the middle of the layout, on the south of the river and the east side of the town.

However, in the planned development, factories will be replaced by housing, including the development of new road infrastructure. A new small roundabout will be built on the main road, and the road towards the large roundabout will be extended across the river. Additionally, a new bridge across the river will be constructed, as there will be an extended residential area to the north of the river. There will be shops and a medical center on the southwestern side and southeastern side of the large roundabout. Moreover, a large playground will be constructed within the housing area, adjacent to the river. A new school will be built in the eastern corner of the area.
