In morden world many belive competition at workspace or education is more effective than the cooperation. Similarly many also argue and choose cooperation over competition. So I think its all about mentality and preference.
According to my perspective, we should go for cooperation because as a human begins we are relyed on eachother and if we talk about our problems or hurdles more openly then, I think we ended up on a more effective solutions and will able to overcome those barriers that we have to face in daily bases.
Teamwork in schools will help elders to become social, boost their confidence and helping each other, in my opinion they will become kind which has no harm. I guess healthy competition is also essential and its also part of education will help them to learn but it must be in positive manners.
Furthermore, competition and cooperation at work place each have there own benefits and a successful organisation always pick what is best for there growth and provide enviroment and instrutions to their employees.

For this reason, people feel uncomfortable and reduce their kindness.Finally, they are become selfish. In addition, mentally pressure is also responsible among on them. When people perticipant any occasion then their parents give them more pressure and suggetion, which is totally damage their positive thinking. So, sometimes people take alternative way to get better score, which is not acceptable on events.
In conclusion, although some people thought that we should ignore competition for enhance cooperate but I think competition is very crucial for all classes people. In my opinion, competition have more positive things include, which is very significant for build individuals career.

The maximum participants were ingaged in film club in 2020, while the minimum members participated in amateur dramatics in 2005, despite a sharp rise form 2010 to 2020 between 2000 and 2020. By contrast, the proportion of martial arts fluctuated over the period.
In detail, the number of participants in film club started at roughly 65, and then decreased slightly until 2010 from 65 to 60. After 2010, the participants rose gradually by the end of the period and accounted for the highest numbers to 68 members. The amateur dramatics started at 28 people in 2000 and increased noticeably to 30 people, and then accounted for the downward trend until 2020 from 30 to 8 members. The table tennis demonstrated a significant upward trend after 2010 and peaked at approximately 58 members.
The martial arts stood at 38 people in the beginning. Subsequently, the participants fluctuated over the period and recorded at 38 people in 2020.
