Therefore, staying in this apartment would be a practical and convenient decision for me.
I would also like to bring a matter to your attention. The kitchen sink has not been draining properly for the past few weeks, and it sometimes produces an unpleasant smell. This creates inconvenience, especially when I have visitors. I would appreciate it if you could arrange for this issue to be resolved at your earliest convenience.
