Dear Sir,
I am writing to request an extension of my current tenancy agreement, as it is due to end next month. I would like to continue renting the apartment for a further six months.
My circumstances have recently changed, which does not allow me to relocate. My current project has been extended, and my company requires me to continue working in this area. In addition, I have recently been promoted to a supervisor position, where I am responsible for managing a team. Therefore, staying in this apartment would be a practical and convenient decision for me.
I would also like to bring a matter to your attention. The kitchen sink has not been draining properly for the past few weeks, and it sometimes produces an unpleasant smell. This creates inconvenience, especially when I have visitors. I would appreciate it if you could arrange for this issue to be resolved at your earliest convenience.
I look forward to your positive response.
Yours faithfully,
Naveed
