The following diagram illustrates the process of making fabrics from bamboo. Overall, the procedure comprises nine steps, beginning with the plantation of bamboo and culminating in manufacturing different types of clothes. Initially, the first stage starts with cultivating bamboo plants, which occurs during the spring season. After some time, the plant grows under suitable conditions and will be ready for harvesting in the autumn season. Following this, the long and huge bamboo plants are prepared for cutting into smaller strips with the help of a machine for the purpose of making liquid pulps. This is then filtered in the factory, which makes it easier to separate the long fibres from the liquid, where the long fibres are softened with the help of chemical amine oxide as well as water. As the fibres get softer and smoother, they are converted into yarn by spinning the long fibres. Finally, the process culminates in the weaving stage to make fabric; clothes like socks, shirts, hats, etc., are knitted from the fabric. To summarise, it is a linear process demonstrating how a small bamboo plant is systematically converted into different types of clothes.
