Well, some people prefer domestic travel rather than traveling overseas due to the fact that it's convenient and affordable. For example, they don't have to apply for visas to go abroad, they don't have to exchange currencies and go through the application process, and also they don't have to face language barriers because not everyone in a lot of countries speaks English, and it will be hard for them to communicate. Another reason is that a lot of countries offer beautiful, niche, remarkable landmarks and interesting spots for domestic travel. In that way, people don't have to cross boundaries to have a rest. And also it gives a chance for them to value their traditions and culture and also have a deeper understanding of their country's history and customs.

For example, they don’t have to apply for visas to go abroad, they don’t have to exchange currencies and with application process and also they don’t have to face with language barriers because not everyone in a lot of countries don’t speak English and it will hard for them to communicate.
