Whenever he puts on his saburn and start cooking, It’s like watching a magic show and perform tricks with ingredients. I was so lucky to be to be able to witness his cooking performance. Um, when I was a student, when I was a culinary student at Humber College, I still remember vividly one time, uh, on my 1st day of school, I was the only international student in the class. So basically, I was alone in a complete new environment with complete strangers. Uh, at that time language barrier was my biggest fear. For fortunately, Shakira reached out to me and introduced me to everyone. He even helped me, um, get to know all the students in the class. Um, uh, with his accomplishments, additionally, with his complishments and, um, experience in food industry. He was able to tailor his stitching style to to deal with different levels of student’s ability. Uh, I was it wasn’t long before I got to know everyone in the class and talk to each other on a daily basis. Furthermore, I was in I was no longer full length behind with my study.
