I don't think that all criminals should go to prison because if some of them go to prison, they might get out and have bad behaviors that they learned from other criminals. This is why I think that going to prison should be a last option to punish criminals. Alternatively, the government should send criminals to rehabilitation centers to correct their behaviors and teach them that their actions are wrong and what the right thing to do is.
