It's just for a year, and it would mean a lot to me if you could help out. We have a spare room that's been vacant, and we can easily give it to her. She's willing to pay a third of the rent, which would save us around $300 and really help our finances. Plus, she's a chef and loves to cook, so she'd be happy to help out in the kitchen, and we'd get to enjoy her delicious food.
