In this modern era, lots of companies and organizations build apps for collecting consumer opinions and feedback. Some companies have designed apps specifically for this purpose. According to my perception, they gather these kinds of opinions, and if they receive good feedback, they will try to maintain product quality. If they receive bad opinions or feedback, they will try to improve product quality. So, this is a good way to collect opinions from consumers.

According to my perception, they will get those kind of opinions and if they will get a good opinion, they will try to keep those product quality and if they will get bad opinions or bad feedback, they will try to improve products quality. So this is a good way to collecting opinions from consumer.
