In my opinion, I don't think so, to be honest, especially when we have jeans or a t-shirt from Western countries. Everyone is just wearing that, and it's very hard to tell much about a person. I think you can only know if you talk to them or spend a lot of time with them. It's really difficult, and I don't think many people like to judge based on their clothes.
