Some companies ask their staff to wear uniforms in order to avoid competition and to avoid differentiation. I believe that this rule has both advantages and disadvantages for it. For example, the advantages are that people won’t feel on different range and they will all feel and be treated equally. However, disadvantages are that people won’t be able to show their creativity through the clothes they wear or through the comfort they have in their clothes. In our country, traditional clothes are not worn often because people wear basic clothes to the most of the events in our country.
