Definitely. As I mentioned, this machine uses numbers instead of letters. Words are written using these numbers, and they only represent sign levels on each button. This was quite confusing for me, as I was also unfamiliar with the technology. Sometimes I misunderstood the science behind it. I think the company should add alphabetic labels on each button. This would make it easier for users to understand the instructions. I also faced difficulties due to the lack of instructions. In fact, this machine doesn't have any instructions on it at all.
