It was created in 2000 and everyone was using it. After that he built the project and he created Telegram. I think you know it’s because it’s a very famous messenger. I really like Telegram like accompanying it with all my friends and parents and everyone. It’s such a useful thing that all the other messengers admire him. When he has some problems with VLAU because government asks him for all the data of his users in Telegram he regrets it and he keeps all their personal information in secret. I think it’s very strong from him. I also think that everyone needs to become like that and to keep privacy of his users and to think about other people. He went to jail because of that but not for a long time and he didn’t sell any data.
