I would like to talk about a significant experience in my studies that made me feel particularly confident, as well as a challenge that I faced and thought was rather difficult. It was during my preparation for the IELTS, which is crucial for my future career in education. Initially, I faced a major problem. I struggled with speaking and writing in English. To handle this issue, I enrolled in an IELTS preparation course and participated in regular practice sessions with classmates. I focused on practicing speaking in front of others, recording myself, and seeking feedback from my teacher. However, the journey was not without its difficulties. I often felt nervous while speaking, especially when receiving feedback in front of my peers. Despite this challenge, my efforts paid off. After several weeks of hard work, I participated in a mock test, where I was pleasantly surprised by my performance. I was able to express my ideas clearly and confidently. The positive feedback from my classmates and teachers was incredibly rewarding. This experience not only increased my confidence in my English skills but also motivated me to continue pushing forward in my studies. I now feel much more prepared for the actual IELTS exam and excited about the opportunities it will open up for me.
