I'd like to talk about Istanbul, which is a city I visited a couple of years ago. It's located in Turkey, right on the border between Europe and Asia. I went there in the summer of 2023 with my family for a short vacation. I stayed there for about 5 days. One mistake I did a lot of sightseeing. I visited historical places like the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque, which were absolutely breathtaking. I also took a boat tour along the Bosphorus Strait and it was a wonderful experience because I got to see both sides of the city from the water. Besides that, I tried local street food like kebab and baklava and spent time shopping at the bazaar. I really like Istanbul because it has a unique atmosphere, the combination of modern lifestyle and rich history. The markets are very special. People there were friendly and welcoming and there was always something interesting to explore. I would love to visit it again because 5 days were not enough to experience everything. Next time I want to explore neighborhoods like Karakoy and visit more art galleries.
