I’d like to talk about Hanoi, the capital city of Vietnam, which is a place I’d really like to visit, even though I’m already familiar with it to some extent. The main reason I want to visit Hanoi is that it seems to be a fascinating combination of traditional culture and modern city life. I’ve heard that the city has a very different atmosphere from other major cities in Vietnam. It is quite busy and crowded, but at the same time, it has many historical sites and own neighborhoods, where people can still experience traditional Vietnamese culture. FRA I know, Hanoi is famous for places such as Hankin Lake, the Okwater and the Temple of Liturgy. The Okwater particularly interests me because it has narrow streets, old buildings, and lots of small shops and restaurants. I’ve also heard that Hanoi has a strong food culture, with dishes such as foal and be especially popular. If I had the opportunity to visit Hanoi, I would spend a few days exploring the equator and working around Hankam Lake. I’d also like to visit some historical attractions and try a much local food at Barcable. Another thing I would probably do is sit at a small cafe and simply observe daily life in the city. I think that would be a great way to experience the local osmophia rather than just visiting touristic attractions. Overall, Hanoi is somewhere I’d love to visit because it seems to have a unique blend of history, culture and modern life. I think spending a few days there would be both enjoyable and educational. And I’d probably come away with a better understanding of the culture.
