Well I’m kind person. I don’t like complain all of time but sometime uh have sometime not done right way I feel my duty correct. Some sometime mistake. Sometime mistake doesn’t happen next time. So uh few months ago I had to, I had to bank. Um I had to bank uh I went to bank for my statement uh statement for my vis application but the um the officer told me the printer was broke and come to next day. I went to next day and they told me the same reasons and um then I request. I request to them please fix immediately. I need an urgent because uh tomorrow is my last this applications date so please immediately. But the officer uh did not bother much about it. So I decided to make a complaint with the higherities. Uh I return back home and um open bank website and I m make a complaint and I send to an email at the headquarters uh and whenever this this see my email they immediately called me and they told me they take action stately complain about I thank to them. After that I went to bank and um m I went to bank. As soon as I went to bank entirely the UM manager manager came with a manager come with me with my bank statement and after that he had. He had to fix immediately painter. After that my complaint. So I think many of people facing this problem uh. So in that time I get. I get satisfied result um that I complained.

The next day, when I went to the bank, the manager personally came to me with my bank statement. He had the printer fixed immediately. My complaint was resolved quickly and efficiently. I believe many people face similar issues, so I was very satisfied with the outcome of my complaint.
