I would like to talk about a conversation that really changed my mind. It was with my brother about one year ago. I was planning to go abroad for foreign jobs. In that life, abroad is very easy and I can earn a lot of money. I had a negative idea about staying in Nepal. This conversation took place at my home in Dang. One evening, we were having tea together at home. I told my father about my plan to go. Although my father is more experienced than me, he told me the reality of friends of his side. Life abroad is not easy. You have to work very hard. You miss your family and their living cost is very high. He explained that instead of going for any labor job, it is better to focus on my study here in Nepal like us, so I can get a better opportunity to study in a good country in the future. At first I did not agree with him, but when he explained slowly with practical examples from our village, I understood. After that conversation, my perspective was completely changed. I realized that going abroad without skill is not a good decision. So that conversation with my father at my home in Dang was very important for me and it changed my life decision.
