I would like to dance because I don't know how, and I would like to learn any type of dance to improve my emotional health. I think it can be a way to shut off any problems when you are stressed, whether at home or at work. I believe it could be a good way to leave your problems behind. I like dance because I am always watching videos of people dancing, and I enjoy it.
