Well, I usually try to stay away from overcrowded locations but since I’m a futifan, one of my friends called me to watch a match at the stadium. I don’t usually say no as that’s an exciting experience and the last time I did that was in spring. I went to a public football venue here in Uzbekistan in the capital in Tashkent and I think it was a friendly match between the national football team of Uzbekistan and another Asian team because it was friendly. I didn’t expect there were going to be many people in the stadium supporting our local team but there was a thousands of people and I was really excited the moment I stepped into the stadium with my friends because it was really noisy but noisy in a great way you know. We felt the energy, the enthusiasm of fans, we heard a lot of different chants, we felt that there was a football footballing culture there and all the people who turned up generally wanted our football team to win. Unfortunately that didn’t happen. Maybe that was that was the frustrating part of the experience. It was a draw. I think the score was one and one so we managed to see two goals but the experience in general was electrifying. It was great and I think it happens because when thousands of people share the same interests and the same enthusiasm for the same sport in this case it creates a magic in the stadium and I think that’s it’s really difficult to describe in words. I went to attend more football games actually and I want to be a part of fan club as well just to learn more about the culture here in Uzbekistan not just in terms of football but in terms of other sports as well. This was the time when I went to overcrowded places and I generally enjoy it.
