When I graduated from the Federal Polytechnic I thought that my H&D and certificate was equivalent to BSc and even knew that it was a diploma after spending about 5 years in the academic years. So when I wanted to get a job, no one was calling for me and someone told me that there was a detruct me between HNN national diploma holders and DBSC holders that they would always choose DBSC over HND graduates. So I was demoralized. What I had to do was told to go back to the school and in order to obtain a BSE for me to equate with other people. So it was difficult for me going to the class with children that are quite younger than myself and interacting with them. The financial situation and the environment was also a challenge because I am a mother. I’m not sure I was also given that as a group for those graduate diploma but I was told that it still bears the name Diploma. So that I shouldn’t just think about going that way. it was a difficult situation for me but I can tell you at the end of three years I am proud that there is no disparity between H&D and BSC again because I am not issuing my H&D for job or opportunities rather I’m using the one I got asked BSC to get some good jobs and today I am I’m baskin very well in my my in the financial institution and no one is there’s no discrepancy. I can now make an input in the organization. No one rejects me or look down on my my academics. So I am glad that this decision has elevated my dream, make it come true. Therefore I am happy and fulfilled because I have achieved my very end.
