Today I’m going to talk about decent regulation in my country. Firstly, I guess I could begin by saying something about what the law is. It is a brand new regulation introduced recently, which is copyright law. The purpose of the law is to protect the intellectual property rights of owners who process digital access such as Microsoft Windows and Office License or digital image of a particular photographer. So this regulation prevents users in Vietnam from using pirated contents and crack software. Therefore, violators can be fined by authority. Moving on to how I knew about it, I first heard about the law when surfing the social media. I came across a post of the government news fan page, mentioned about the new copyright law and the establishment of authority teams conducting copyright audits of businesses, to the effect of the law. I can say it is beneficial for my country because it can improve Vietnamese reputation in an economic perspective. I hope my country has more chances to obtain and decent economic contracts and avoid punitive taxes and tariffs from countries which possess plenty of copyright license such as the USA. All in all, it is decent for my countries because it can contribute to the development of Vietnam in the future.
