Well, now I’d like to tell you about my favorite meal which is Uzbek traditional food, plough. I really love these meals and my whole family too loves this meal. I usually eat plough with my colleagues during the lunch time and usually we cook it at home. As a part of our tradition, we cook plow on the stay and we eat it with… My mother-in-law cooks it at home and I also time help her. First we fry some onions and meat in the big pot and then we add some carrots. Everything simmer for about 30 minutes and then we add some rice and the food will be ready for another 30 minutes. And then you can eat it with tomato salad of course. In particularly this food is not just enjoyable and feeling or delicious for me. It has a lot of energy. I think it is nutritious food because it contains meat, some vegetables and rice. And, Plo brings my family together.
