A new law was recently introduced in Australia that prohibits employers from contacting their employees outside of working hours. This law was introduced by the government to help employees maintain a better work-life balance. It was implemented just a few months ago and aims to prevent employers from contacting employees after work hours, unless it's for an urgent matter. Employers who violate this law can face significant fines. I think this is a great law because it gives employees the right to disconnect from work and enjoy their personal time without being constantly contacted by their employers.

A law was recently introduced in Australia that um, basically says employer, um, it prohibits the employer to contact his employees after, uh, working hours. I uh, think it’s a good law that was uh, um, introduced by the government and it helps to the employees to maintain uh, work life balance.
