Band 7+: Describe a law that was introduced in your country and that you thought was a very good idea.

So generally they are quite important laws in our country which have been imposed and are proving to be of very great essence. But the law which I am going to talk about right now has to be linked with the CNAC for the transgender people. There is certified national identity card number. So let me give a breakdown why I have chosen this law for. So basically transgender people are the third gender people in our country and they are always judged on the basis of how they look, how they perceive and how they act. To be precise this law was implemented because transgender people weren’t able to earn for themselves. They were indel’s in prostitutions, dancing at the wedding parties or you can say furthermore they were also involved in brothels, sex workers etc. So they weren’t considered even citizens of the country of Pakistan. As we are living in a secular religion, there is Islam and these things are considered on a very negative connotation. So they were also not able to earn for themselves the basic bread and butter. As a result of the implementation of this law, they got themselves CNACs and were considered as equal citizens like the male and female of the Pakistan as well as in the provinces respectively where they are living in. Along with that they were also given proper education and how the policies work and with whom they need to consult in order to gather proper guidance. As a result they were also treated fairly, were given equal opportunities and were considered finally as human beings but because before that they were used just for the inappropriate purposes or were considered as a taboo or liability on the society. But after its implementation, we can say that they are mode of living also improved and they were also offered the same things which are generally offered to every citizen of that of Pakistan.
