The helmet law is good, and it has been implemented to reduce the accidental death rate. When no one wore a helmet, if they were injured in an accident, they suffered from head injuries that were not easily treated. There was a chance of death. I heard about this law when I was in high school. There was a drama presented to teach us how it would be effective for everyone. This law is very good because when people wear a helmet, they are safer while riding. It is important for both cyclists and bike riders. I think it is good because it promotes safety.
